Got a new book cover you want to show off? Cover reveal information is here.

I do request for cover reveals & book blitzes to be booked 3 - 4 weeks in advance. Unless otherwise Agreed Upon. Blog tours need to be booked at least  10 - 12 weeks prior to actual start date. Unless otherwise Agreed Upon. It takes about two months to fill a request. For a $15 fee, you can request an expedited waiting period and I’ll bump you further up the list.Tour packages must be paid in full before the tour starts, NO exceptions. I cannot refund the tour fee once it is paid.

I need to receive ALL material requested in my initial email within 7 days or your tour dates will be subject to change.
If there is no communication after 15 days, then I will have to remove your tour from my planning schedule and you will not be refunded.

Can I purchase a tour for my book that has been released Six years, two years or six months ago? Can I purchase a tour for my book that has been previously released but underwent changes and is being re-released?
Of course! Book tours can be organized for all books, whether it has been released for a long time, is a new release or about to be re-released/published.

Will a blog tour generate sales for my book?
While I can’t guarantee sales of your book, note that blog tours primarily serve as an online marketing and publicity tool to bring worldwide attention to your book, thereby increasing exposure to targeted readers and helping you broaden your audience. It’s a very important step towards the goal of increasing sales. Though it’s a crucial step in order to make sales a blog tour does not guarantee sales. Blog tours are meant to create buzz around your work.

What if I want to reschedule my tour, for whatever reason?
Please contact us as soon as possible. I will do our best to reschedule your tour, but there is a $50 rescheduling fee due to the amount of work that goes into changing dates with scheduled tour hosts, editing of the tour button and other work that goes into this.

What if I know of some bloggers or friends who want to join my book tour? Can they also sign up?
Of course! Once the Blog Tour Banner and Google Doc for your tour is live at the site, I can send you the link and you can invite them to sign up. Just Let Me Know in Advance so That I can send you the Link.

I want to have a certain number of reviews on my tour. I also want these reviews to have ratings of 4 stars and above. Can this be arranged?
cannot guarantee the number of tour hosts who will review your book as book reviews are optional. It all depends on their interest, time and schedule. To increase your chances of getting more reviews, please send your review copy to me as early as possible.
That said, I do not and cannot dictate the review ratings. Bloggers are asked to give honest and constructive reviews. However, since these are promotional tours, for reviews with less than 3 stars, I will request them not to be posted until after the tour has ended.
All the reviewers will post an honest review and while it doesn't happen too often, sometimes reviewers will contact me and choose not to review the book because they did not enjoy it. If they choose to stay on your tour, their review stop will turn into a book spotlight, interview or guest post. I mention this because it will result in fewer book reviews and/or stops on your tour than initially scheduled.

How can you make the most of your blog tour?
Please take a moment to read a blog post I wrote about Blog Tours.
Book Blog Tours: How to Make Them Count

Please understand RBTL Book Promotions is not responsible for missed stops on your tour. After the tour is scheduled and all of the tour materials have been sent out, it is the responsibility of the Blogger who signed up for the tour to post materials on their designated day. In the event that a blogger does miss a post, I do follow up with the tour host via email inquiring about the missed post and requesting they post ASAP. Sometimes it's just a matter of scheduling the post at the wrong time (i.e. pm vs. am), personal conflicts (i.e. blogger is sick) and there have been times when I do not get a reply at all from the blogger. However, I must re-iterate, final responsibility of posting for the tours falls to the blogger {with this said I do strive to work with responsible & professional bloggers & hosts to ensure the success of your tour}. Some Bloggers/Hosts Operate a Facebook Page Rather than a Standard Blog. So that means their stop will be linked to their Facebook Page rather than a website that hosts their blogs.
Sometimes emergencies come up for bloggers and/or technical issues occur. When this happens, stops may need to be rescheduled to a different date.

Giveaway Policy~RBTL Book Promotions is not responsible for the gifting/shipment of any prizes, including giftcards, books, and swag. The gifting of all prizes won in an RBTL giveaway is the responsibility of the author or publisher, unless stated otherwise.

I ask the following of my authors/publishers:
* That I am allowed to Share the Event and Sign-Up form with your followers on your page/s on FB.
* Provide necessary documents needed for media package and reviews within the agreed upon timeline.
*  Send out all prizes to giveaway winners in a timely manner.
*  Tell others if you are pleased with our services.

Should you need to push back the dates on your tour due to editing or other major life issues, I will do my best to accommodate your new dates and work with my blog network to reschedule your tour.  However, there will be a $50.00 rescheduling fee due to the amount of work that goes into changing dates with previously signed up blogs, recreation of tour materials and other time needed to make your event a success.

*ARCs/Final Review Copies must be available up to 10-12 Weeks in advance prior to the start of the tour. This is to allow and ensure that the reviewers/blog tour hosts have sufficient time to read and review. I understand that sometimes the “10 - 12 Weeks” time frame is not an option, and I am more than happy to work with you in that event, but we must discuss this topic before booking the blog tour.*

I can't guarantee sales during your blog tour. While I want your blog tour to generate sales, the main focus of a blog tour is to bring attention to your book and help you widen your audience. It’s a crucial step in order to make sales. Blog tours are meant to create buzz around your work.
